Therefore, Nexora Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue, followers, engagement levels, advertising results, or other particular business outcomes unless a specific written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
We will make reasonable professional efforts to perform the agreed services and optimize campaigns based on available information and performance data.

To provide our services effectively, clients may be required to provide accurate and timely information, content, approvals, access credentials, brand materials, advertising accounts, website access, and other materials reasonably required for the project.

Service fees will be communicated before the commencement of the relevant project or service.
Depending on the project, payment may be required:
- In advance;
- In milestones;
- Monthly; or
- According to another agreed payment schedule.
Third-party expenses, including advertising spend, domain registration, hosting, paid software, stock assets, plugins, subscriptions, or other external costs, may be charged separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a payment is overdue, Nexora Digital may pause work or access to certain services until the outstanding amount is resolved.
- Cancellation and Termination
Either party may request termination of a service arrangement according to the applicable service agreement.
If a client terminates a project after work has commenced, fees for work already completed, approved expenses, third-party charges, or other non-refundable amounts may remain payable.

- Revisions and Approvals
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed service package or proposal.
Additional revisions or substantial changes outside the original scope may be charged separately.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content, designs, advertisements, websites, and other deliverables before publication or launch.
Once a client approves a deliverable, Nexora Digital may not be responsible for changes requested later that result from that approval.
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nexora Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, processes, templates, strategies, internal tools, methodologies, and reusable resources.
Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights to the final deliverables specifically created for the client to the extent agreed in the relevant service agreement.
Third-party materials, fonts, images, software, plugins, music, templates, and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
We may display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client has specifically requested confidentiality in writing.
